I agree that its good news that they have listened to shareholders. I did vote No. I do however think that they deserve to have reasonable options and objectives. I just didn't see the large dilution and low bar as being fair. I think more modest options and a higher bar would be accepted by the majority of shareholders. I am keen to have the Directors have skin in the game.

Also, very refreshing MD update to shareholders. I am positive about the future.
