RESOLUTION 4:
APPROVAL TO ISSUE RIGHTS TO MANAGING
DIRECTOR/CEO
To consider and, if thought fit, to pass the following resolution
as an ordinary resolution:
“That, for the purposes of ASX Listing Rule 10.14 and for all other
purposes, approval is given for the Company to issue to Mr
Daniel Clifford (and/or his nominee) 2,484,082 Rights under
the Company’s Long Term Incentive Plan on the terms and
conditions in the Explanatory Memorandum.
No freebies for you Dan, you robbed enough of us current and (in my case at least) previous shareholders. Bank robber is out the door.
