re: Ann: AGM Withdrawal of Resolutions 8, 9 a... Well this was a rather odd announcement. My thoughts as to why this happened were:

1) Recent scrutiny over executive bonuses and shareholder opposition to excessive renumeration may have changed the board's mind.

2) The EBITDA targets in the conditions of the resolutions are no longer achievable.

3) The EBITDA targets set in the conditions of the resolutions are too low versus the number of shares being offered.

I am going with Option #1. I thought of asking the company as to why these resolutions were removed but I am too lazy for that.
