This is a big loss for our board of Directors we have lost somebody highly qualified and valuable in his field. Hopefully we will no longer need the Corporate Governance required from the previous finance mess the Company got itself into in the past...
Another reason I think to vote NO to Resolution 13... ( and even maybe Resolution 18)
