    re: Ann: Agreed Outcome reached over DEHP all... Purely speculation but I wonder if Shanxi is not prepared to hand over the money while there is an open case before the court. It seems to be an abrupt end to something that has been going on for so long. I'm sure AD is keen to bring home the bacon before he finishes in a few weeks and maybe this is the way forward.

    Does anyone know if there are any other proceedings involving CNX before the court?
