This stock was 5c+ a year ago, has drifted all the way down to 0.004 recently, there is a stop order against drilling, an investigation into environmental liabilities and they gave up all their coal tenements a few months ago. Excuse me if I haven't been jumping with joy. As you yourself said this deal isn't even with the lawyers yet so lets not get ahead of ourselves. Perhaps if management informed the market of this little trip rather than you sharing it with the market shareholders like myself wouldn't be as suspicious.
