Nice to see them behaving like a proper platform company. Surely the right strategy is to roll it out to medical/pharmacy groups and charge fees (partly) based on scope & usage, rather than buying others' products to push through it. Clearly they have the legal right to make these kinds of deals, and increasingly the physical infrastructure to back it up. But 14,000 patients via One Health, 32 pharmacies of their own & no financial terms provided? Will be interesting to see if it moves the needle. Though it's a start! Now... get that software issue sorted out, guys.
