yes, i certainly was elsewhere and missed this ANN entirely. i like it. Will need to raise funds to pay for the 30% and to pay back the loan(s) to our chairman, and will need to raise funds in the future to pay for plant expansion (& upgrades) to 50%. However, this gives us access to the full value of the tin. The main question i have is "why are CRM Synergies selling 50% of this asset to us?"
