I did see the iTEST Sichuan news, but couldn't fit it in to the context of any of my posts. They have had some other non-Hubei province wins this year as well as a highway in Laos, so are indeed expanding their horizons and visibility, the Sichuan invitation was recognition from Beijing (Ministry of Transport) over their skill level.

Great research on the Jiangxi side, but I feel that iTEST will not win/bid for this specific project, Jiangxi also had a similar albeit smaller project in March that looks like it may have been tied in MBR. It is EXACTLY the type of PPP project that I think iTEST have been discussing with Fluence over the last month with expanding their financial flexibility and modelling when considering PPP projects when expanding their partnership nationally, as this Jiangxi bid has an 8 year O&M component tied into the bid. Winning tenders, constructing, installing and commissioning MABR projects is one thing, getting into national O&M for these plants is a totally different game for a company which has its roots in transport in Hubei.
Would require a national scale up of O&M staff posted in major towns in every relevant province, a very big future investment.

Think the first outside-Hubei iTEST MABR project was supposed to be in Yan'an in Shaanxi Province, but have not really seen any news on this yet. Possibly needed the financing approval of iTEST's parent company first. We will see.
