At the end of 2021, iTEST had 135 MABR installations within Hubei province with Fluence.

They have now won 2 external projects that marks some of the strategic expansion that they were targeting before COVID hit and killed all of their momentum.


The first is a tiny sale of a 10 m3/d MABR plant (S1 container?)
However it is significant as it is into the Shanxi toll station/highway network, where if this is successful, can lead to a wider expansion across Shanxi highways.

The 2nd order is in Jiangxi province for a river shipping port sewage treatment station. It doesn't specify that it is MABR, but I have not seen iTEST developing or promoting any alternative forms of sewage treatment technology. For the sizing of 120 m3/d, it doesn't seem worthwhile for them to trial any alternatives for a one-off order. It shows their willingness to bid for non-highway related sewage projects and implies that we will be seeing more of these types of projects in future.


Also of interest, in Nov 2021, as part of the Hubei Youth Innovation/Entrepreneurship Competition, the Hubei MABR Highway sewage treatment project won a bronze medal in the awards, against 66 other projects across Hubei.
