Long term holders need to be patient. ITEST were in a bigger rush than Fluence management for this deal to happen, but management wanted to make sure that everything was working 100% with the original installation before pushing ahead with more installs. They will be able to leverage this deal across the country. It must also be remembered that this massive deal was not in the original gameplan for MABR to be regional village installs only. One of the Chinese staffers asked the question if this could be applied in this situation and this is the result. As MABR gets distributed further across China and RoW what other applications are we going to find?
ITEST is also part of a much larger Hubei infrastructure SoE. I am expecting a successful install for ITEST to be able to be leveraged with the other Hubei infrastructure arms for non-highway related installs for MABR in country areas, and SUBRE upgrades in cities. Hubei is also very important for river water so their river remediation modules may get a test run here eventually as well.
