    I reckon it’s a master strike to sell Ashford. Coal and in a not main basin in NSW, tough enviro and farmer pushback, very poor transport to market.

    Decent price plus exposure to upside.

    Now pure gold play with excellent project at Agate.

    I hear on grapevine they are circling the Georgetown plant.
