As has been repeatedly highlighted by the company and here 2nd half Fy is where strip ratio fallsand grade improves. Its an open pit, you cant just magically get to the good stuff. you hsve to dig your way down through in this case the old pits as shown in recent presentations.
Also we are talking about production progile with half the feed coming from Riverina underground in later part of the year.
Dont believe many on here were expecting LC to piss in the 4 corners of Missouri and suddenly the low grade stuff with high strip would magically turn high grade. We had to trudge through it and that is what we've done. In the meantime we've come up with a low capex plan to deliver 100ozpa thats backed by the revent drilling at Riverina.
Markets are forward looking. can guarantee you David Paradice hasnt bought 7% of thecompany on market because hes looking in the rear view mirror.
