If this is positive news, imagine what negative news would look like. The announcement just shows that the top 20 are in just as much crap as the rest.
Though, it may be worth a punt for newbies who want to take a risk. This could easily be sold off for between 1 and 2 cents in the not too distant future. Not a bad return from here.
