No doubt this has been covered previously, but if you were Mr Lord, as the largest shareholder, and were positioning for an exit strategy, loosing Field Solutions and installing a new MD (Mr Nicolli) would (imo) be the first and most important steps to set up UXC for a takeover from a competitor (IBM, ACN, etc).
The market's seeing such players as strong.
