re: Ann: Agreement for the Sale of UXC Field ... In the presentation released on 18 May 2011 the Revenue for the field solutions group is shown as $85million for the first half and the EBITDA is shown as $5.8 Million

The It Group first half Revenue is $237m and EBITDA $18 million. Based on current market capitalisation at yesterdays closing price of 59.5c/share of $192million it should be worth about $50 million but you would expect it to sell for more than that i would have thought.
