    Great post bullish.

    I was also skeptical of the terms so I contacted the company. I am "somewhat" conformed to know that an independent advisor will provide shareholders with confirmation that the terms are acceptable to all stakeholders.

    Also the article is incorrect re MOU. This has not been signed. This will be announced when it is actually signed. Hopeful imminent.

    All sounding very positive IMO.
