that's what's peaked my interest. isn't this essentially a pre offtake agreement where the first right of purchase has been exchanged for 6 mil shares. meaning that if this goes through, at current MC, the market is only valuing all NTMs holdings at 1-2 mil once you account for the 6 mil in equity?
