It is not impossible for CAS share price to skyrocket. CAS has great projects. If they start them asap and bring revenue then who wouldn't trust them. Remember CAS has 0 debt, that means it's not hard for CAS to bring revenue. to bring the revenue they need to be tight on thebudget, run projects efficiently and build the strong balance sheet. The big issue with CAS is they are too slow which shows lack of enthusiasm. The meeting will be held in March 19. Why can't they do urgent meetings? Will CAS have no activities done during the whole 2018-19 financial year? why are they so slow? or they don't care? or they don't like to work?
Needing prescribed time to get notice out to holders no doubt, March is nice and close IMO
