Are you joking? I am not dragging the company through the dirt and certainly not slandering CEO'S, just stating FACTS. All any company needs to do is stay on the straight and narrow, keep shareholders informed, do the right thing, and there would be no need to be dragging anyone anywhere. It's not difficult, just be 100% transparent. Unfortunately shell companies in Panama don't cut the mustard. If there is nothing to hide then it should not be hard right?
You said "have some accountability" in your post to Rick, what about Cellmid having some accountability to its shareholders? Why are we offloading our midkine assets to a shell company in Panama? Do you think this is normal? Are you not concerned what might happen next? Who exactly is behind this..? Think hard and long when you talk about accountability here.
