Question for the forum...
Am I reading it correctly that the CEO is paid plus $500k (value of what Lyramid was sold for) per year?
Now this asset is divested should the CEO take a salary reduction, managing less, seems reasonable?
if not, does that mean the sale Lyramid is basically paying for 1 year salary of the CEO? Basically, selling an asset to fund another asset (or liability) ?
