Well somehow they have a plan to make some cash out of this.
One of the issues with Cellmid / Lyramid was too many irons in the fire and very hard to value.
Maybe Roquefort will acquire single assets from Provelmare gradually unwinding it.
Maybe they are unsure of Lyramid and want to personally evaluate it to assess the BS before putting into the new business?
