Why the Panama shelf company and not directly deal with Roquefort?
You have the #11 CDYOA option holder who is also a director of Roquefort, coincidence?
I heard someone phoned the chairman last Friday and asked him a few questions. From what was said, apparently he isn’t that sure who is behind the transaction company in Panama, either that or he doesn’t want to cat out of the bag.
