Ozjin, Provelmare Holding SA has acquired 100% of the shares in Lyramid (as a going concern), consistent with what was stated by the Company in its presentation.
Nothing indicates that an arrangement exists for Roquefort or any other company to acquire Provelmare (or Lyramid). That is simply the product of someone’s imagination on HC which, through ‘Herding’, the more gullible again are prepared to believe rather than recognise it as such.
