Thanks PI - I agree with you. However, I would be interested to know how, where or why "Provelmare" came about and the obvious conjecture around why it has been registered in Panama (can only be for tax and opaqueness reasons) and, of course - who are the real people behind the company. I find it hard to believe that a guy like Sebastien de Massy (alone) would become interested in Lyramid's Midkine assets.

With the lack of further documents/information, I would forever apply the sniff test to this deal!!
