No. I disagree. Shareholders don’t have the right to know why particular individuals are shareholders of a company.

Nor do they have a right to be told of any confidential negotiations that may be occurring at any time in which the company is involved.

Nor do they have the right to be informed of anything happening in other companies that is not public knowledge.

If Roquefort were to become involved I would not feel surprised, as this would be consistent with its stated intention of looking for biotech investment opportunities in the UK, Continental Europe and Australia. What Lyramid has to offer looks to fit well with what it is seeking. If it resulted in a material return to Cellmid via Lyramid sub-licensing I would feel well pleased.
