I assume Lyramid remains an Australian registered company for tax purposes, with any local R&D expenses qualifying for ATO refunding. With most of the income support paid to its owner likely to derive from different international sources, and costs being met by international collaborators, there might well be an advantage in its owner being registered in a secrecy jurisdiction.
