It seems that part of the agreement is that particular products will be developed and, at least within the immediate term, Cellmid will have some oversight of this development.
Given that neither Provemare, nor it's founder, come readily to mind when discussing international drug development it seems that Provemare might essentially see its role simply as an entrepreneurial funds provider/equity holder in the development of a potential future new drug company.
