So Bart, Fintan and King have decided to set up a Panama based shell company to take over the rights to Lyramid and its access to CDY patents.
Is that next on the list and if so - so what?
Would you prefer that CDY keeps shovelling unlimited so-called "shampoo" funds into Lyramid on the off chance there may be a drug development of some sort or would you prefer to take 500,000 and let them (Provelmare) get at it using their own dough and paying a royalty to CDY for the use of their patents if something is successful.
