Perhaps, it might be time for a leadership change at Cellmid?

I'm looking at gauging any possible interest among longer-term shareholders as to submitting a S249D of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) (Notice) to the Cellmid Board in order to assess the depth of support among all shareholders as to the current leadership team.

The Board already has a First Strike for the purposes of S250U of the Corporations Acton when more than 25% of the votes were cast against Resolution 1 Adoption of the Remuneration Report at the last GM but why wait until the next GM usually around November for a second vote and then possibly a spill meeting?
