I agree somewhat with what you say but, it is the transport sector that is being pushed in this scam on global warming and that is where the volume demand for lithium resides at this stage.
I reckon one Tesla would have as much lithium as a thousand cordless hand tools.
I have never heard it said that the planet is catching fire because of power tools. lol
Also, it is the transport sector that is being demonized as the boogie man in this scam, and it is the transport sector that will get all the attention.
I love cordless tools and own a heap of them, but we are unlikely to try to drive a cordless drill to Mt Isa or Fraser Island or whatever the hell it's name is now.
The various governments will pay a deadly price if they get too far between the citizens and their cars.
They are suddenly learning this in the UK as we speak.
