As Arcadyan are a Taiwanese company, I wonder if Dr Wenjun Sheng had any part in the negotiations?
There are some who have said he is silent about all things XPED.
Perhaps he shuts out all the noise and just goes purposefully about his business, working under the radar, scoring massive goals for us in the Chinese speaking world and knows how to do business in those arenas. I am content if he never attends another AGM or EGM ever if he can continue brokering deals for us!
Now the SPP is going to be oversubscribed for sure... but you can't say the company has not tried to lift the SP so that people can sell and take part in the SPP, and I for one am thankful for that...
