Clearly Hanne have been taking advantage of the poor deal made with the old BOD. We have known about this for a long time now it was raised in the initial findings from the new BOD when they first came on board. So while its not a great deal for BGS its only a small part of the big picture.

What really excites me is if this has been known for over a year now and we could have made this deal at anytime since the new BOD joined why is it happening now? Could it be this was the final tick in the box to make the gold a reality. After so many years of promise I think the GOLD is finally coming out of the ground.
