Wait... so the 5% holder in the permit gets $200k of the $500k paid by Morila for Viper and then 1% of the 4% royalty? Is this a joke? How does a 5% holding get them 40% of the up front payment and 25% of the royalty?
Then on top of this, it's only releasing their 5% of Viper area, they still retain 5% of the rest of the areas!
Am I reading this correctly?
