16mill shares offered @31c, 15% of the cpy, but understandably not much volume on ASX, today was only about 1% of shares on issue, so it's a quandary in some ways as to what is going to occur over the next 3 weeks.
You would expect a healthy rerate, albeit not back to 2011 year of $10, well not just yet anyway.
In the meantime I'd be happy to hear more progress on the water feasability., via desalination.
