Just had a thought.

Both MGT and HIO are in various stages of discussions with potential partners.

HIO recently did a cap raise and all current directors participated (close to two years after tax director fees for each).

MGT directors and senior management are all participating in the cap raise for MGT (in full or in part, not sure who is fully participating or part and how much that is for each).

Could you ask for a better sign of the confidence of the management of both companies in being able to get a deal done?
