The MOU represents Sky and Space Global’s first entry into the large equatorial South and Latin American market as well as providing strong customer validation from a leading South and Latin American communications provider.
The MOU will be executed with a view to establishing a commercial agreement for the bandwidth provided by SAS’s narrow-band satellite communication services to Globalsat Group end-user customers, further de-risking the Company’s 3 Diamonds nano-satellite communications offering.
