    Another ambiguous announcement by MNS.

    So what are the terms expressed in this Letter of Intent?

    Let me guess...

    "If this company actually makes a factory, IM3 will be pay SIEMENS for its product at the usual commercial rate."

    That's the only rational result in this and it's really not that exciting.
