It still doesn't make the gold tenements agreement problematic for Calidus as Calidus will be doing all the work, and all Haoma will be is landlords.
Haoma could be run by Nigerian email scammers, and so long as all they are is landlords, and the onus of all proviing, extraction, shipping and processing is on us, and all they're doing is receiving their profit share/rent/royalty or whatever, then there is nothing about the transaction that is materially a problem nor risk to Calidus.
