Don't like it all.
Occupancy is terrible and like I've said before mangement have proven that they can't increase occupancy at all. We have the worst occupancy of all listed groups.
We've sold or tried to sell 6 centers where they couldn't increase the occupancy and now we are buying centres in SA where we don't have anything and we are somehow going to get the occupancy up where the founder hasn't been able to for 10+ years.
Did we ever get an update on if they sold the 6 centres?
