No. We should be buying profitable performing centres not centres out of administration where the founder has failed and was operating for over 10 years.
The group is at 61%.... this could be a disaster for MFD very quickly. Like I've said previously managment have proven they can't increase occupancy so I have little faith they can turn this group around more so then the original and founder did..
