OK - Firstly after reading that announcement I wish I owned MORE!
Flamingo a SaaS company using Artificial Intelligence, pretty exciting stuff!
Flamingo already has a strong customer base with strong sales pipeline, so compared to many RTO's this isn't just an idea but a product well into the growth of REVENUE phase.
US Base = Massive market
Experienced Board of Directors will be comprised of Ms Cathie Reid, Dr Catriona Wallace and Mr Paul Hunyor joining the existing Directors Mr Faldi Ismail and Mr Bryn Hardcastle upon completion of the Flamingo acquisition.
Very positive for me that existing directors specially Faldi from Otsana are saying on as Directors they must really like what they see
I have already posted my research about what the company does!
So number of shares....
Lets be conservative say CR is at 3c and 2.5 million = 83.3 Million shares
So 600 Million shares on issue post relisting.....
5c - 30mil MC
10c - 60 Mil MC
20c - 120 mil MC
Just saying!!

IMO - Management set very fair and reasonable performance milestones which favour the existing shareholder! US.
