One would think mgmt will bring forward the proposed dates, to avoid the new Listing Rules changes, set to start 09/2016. They've already got a deal over the line, just in the nick of time and the double whammy of re-listing before 09/2016 could make PTR one of the last RTO shells to re-list with a proforma mc <$20M mc.
