I have heard the raise will only be available to institutional investors and there is significant interest already prior to announcing the deal from interested parties wanting to take part. Whether that's true is anyone's guess but I won't be risking it.
That being said, I couldn't think of how much I would be kicking myself if my intentions were to sell to attempt to get in lower to find out I never stood a chance and be left buying back on market.
This is held so tight that it would certainly cost you a lot more trying to get back in chasing it up.
