    I don't agree.

    Pople see a consolidation as a boggieman type event but it all depends on the company. If the business has legs, it's clearly a way to make the register look more professional and have more chance of attracting small funds (nobody is interested in a stock trading at 004).

    Aside from that, I don't understand the big fear of consols. The price works inversely to the consol ratio, so yes - you own less shares afterwards; but the share price also goes up by the same amount.

    Anyone fearing a consol (which the company has already alluded to anyway) should go back and study KSO, which has now become XF1. Was trading around the same price as PTR is now, did a consol, CR, re-listed at 20c. Now trading at 66c. I'll take that any day.
