It is not unique, but it is focussed where it's competitors are not. The alliance with Microsoft gives it penetration too, which competitors lack. I more or less work in the space.
Re - you analysing deals that's what I meant. Definitely a weakness in my game and am buoyed when I am able to read your posts in the various acq. threads around the site for insight.
