1) Dirs and associates hold loads of shares
2) Team have a good track record with RTO projects
3) Acq is clearly going through, given DD completed.
So, one of two things:
1) The team have it wrong this time
2) The project is sound but sentiment is not there yet.
You can never rule out, 1) but I certainly lean towards 2) and watched CTT get very little love after announcing their project, before re-listing at twice the RTO CR price. I'm expecting 008-1.2c equivalent here as a starting point in the month or two after it re-lists. As always, could be wrong.
