as for lithium its lepidolite which is the most expensive of the li minerals to treat but it can be done i agree good idea get a project off your new boss and diversify. in actual fact one of the largest but low grade Li deposits is kvanefeld some of which is water soluble but then the rule is we don't explore this deposit
