After a quick read: Merging with a Lithium explorer in the States who will have 50% ownership and is currently in litigation over its mining claims. A public offer raising $ to do it. Changing company name. A plan with dates to relist on ASX under new name.

I'll have to read back through docs to see what's happening with the $30m from the sale of Giro.
