Exactly. As per 11/6/2025 announcement page 22 of 62 assumes successful completion of and terms of acquisition, therefore around 1.2 billion shares all up. If the market is heading north due to this project then you have to assume the purchasing aspect of the project is to be included in determining the market cap.
